Schedule Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

The following conditions apply:

Camper’s final schedule (or total number of days for Ultimate Flexibility campers) due May 15th
Before June 1st
- You can change your camper’s schedule without penalty.
- You can receive a full refund for cancellation.
After June 1, any cancellation or reduction will be refunded 50% of any overpaid monies.
After July 1, no refunds will be given.
Unused days are non refundable and non transferable from one summer to another summer.
Registration fees are non refundable
In all cases of cancellations there will be a $100 minimum fee per camper.
