In addition to our other activities, Good Times offers campers their choice of two special extracurricular activities in the afternoon at the Glenview base: Wrestling and Dance.

Wrestling

Our Wrestling program is lead by Director Earl. Earl has a lifetime of experience wrestling and is the head coach of the Maine Eagles Wrestling Program. Earl introduces campers to the basics of wrestling while teaching them good sportsmanship and competitiveness. Throughout the summer, campers can wrestle with their freinds while Earl coaches.

During weeks 6 and 7 Earl holds the Good Times Wrestling Tournament. All participants receive a certificate and top winners receive a trophy during our annual awards ceremony held on Week 8. Children always wrestle according to age, sex, and weight.

Dance

Campers meet on various afternoons with our dance instructors to prepare for a big Friday show infront of the entire camp. Each dance is taylored to a Friday theme and is open to all campers. Good Times Instuctors have backgrounds in cheerleading, poms, and theater.
